HOW DO I GET THERE?
PUBLIC TRANSPORT
We encourage guests to consider walking, taking public transport or car pooling to avoid traffic, save on petrol and reduce your carbon footprint.
Train - Broadmeadow Station is the nearest to the Centre and is approximately 200 metres walking distance to the entry. For train timetables please visit City Rail.
Bus - Newcastle Buses operate a bus service to and from Broadmeadow Station. For bus timetables, please visit Newcastle Buses.

PRIVATE CAR
Parking is easy at the Newcastle Entertainment Centre with over 1,500 on site car parks. The car park area is located in the Newcastle Showground with entry from Griffiths Road. Parking fees depend on the event, exhibitions - $5.00, farmers markets - $2.00 and all other events $10.00. Patrons can alo be dropped off and collected at the Brown Road entry for most events. BOX OFFICE
The Box Office is located at the concert entry point and will be open from 60 minutes prior to gates opening until the headline artist commences. If you have any issues with your ticket please make yourself known to box office staff
Please have your ticket printed and ready for scanning at the gates, or alternatively have the barcode ready on your phone with the device brightness turned up.
TICKETING POLICY
The official ticketing agency's for this event are OZTIX and Ticketek. We take no responsibility for tickets purchased outside of the official agencies. Tickets purchased through third parties such as Viagogo, Facebook Marketplace, Gumtree, Ebay or other sites are done so at the customer’s own risk. Fraudulent tickets will not be honored. Once a ticket purchase is completed there are no refunds or exchanges available. In purchasing a ticket to this event the purchaser acknowledges that any government mandates, public health orders or inability to attend due to illness or other changed circumstances does not render the purchaser eligibility for a refund or exchange.

This is an all ages event. All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult. We do recommend ages 15+

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
It is a condition of entry that all bags and personal belongings are presented to Security Staff for inspection. Patrons detected with contraband items such as alcohol will be refused entry without refund. Please also note that the event has a no pass out policy so please come prepared for the full day.
